Hello wonderful families of Room 101,

I think here is the easiest place for a one-stop shop to get access to links and resources during our extended time away from school. Please check back often for updated News and Announcements. I will be communicating to families via email and/or Seesaw when there is new information, or I have updated the website with new activities and learning from home oppertunities.

PARENTS Click here to get access to our Seesaw page.

STUDENTS Please see below for attached document to get your personal login for Seesaw at home! Find your personal page, and you can follow the directions to get access to lessons, messeges from me and assignments :)

Please as always, reach out if you have any questions, concerns, or need ANYTHING. I am available via email, text, or call (612-481-1536)

Please let your child know that I will miss them greatly during this time apart!

Be safe, Be well, Namaste,

- Ms. Olson

Math

Please encourage your child to login to Dreambox at least 60 minutes a week. You can access Dreambox via Clever

Please see below for attached document. This math packet is great practice on all 3rd grade math standards. Please encourage your child to complete at least 3 activities from each page. This will help keep their skills sharp, as well as prepare them for the MCA's coming up in April.

I will update a new link to a new packet for the week of Spring Break :)

Reading

Please encourage your child to login to Lexia at least 60 minutes a week. You can access Lexia via Clever

Please see below for attached document. This reading packet is great practice on all 3rd grade reading comprehension standards. Please encourage your child to complete the entire packet. This will help keep their skills sharp, as well as prepare them for the MCA's coming up in April.

I will update a new link to a new packet for the week of Spring Break :)

Science

We would be starting our unit on Matter and Energy. This is a very hands on unit, so it would be best if taught at school. The unit after that is Sun, Moon, and Stars.

Stay tuned for lessons/activities if we need to move to "Distance Learning"

In the meantime, if you would like to do lessons at home, click here for engaging lessons you can teach at home.
